Refund Policy

Start Business Kit sells digital PDF products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads, our refund policy is as follows.

Standard policy

All sales are final once the files have been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused files, or products that do not match a customer’s personal expectations after download.

When we will help

You were charged but did not receive the download link or files.
The ZIP or PDF files are corrupted or will not open.
You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake.

In those cases we will either fix the delivery problem or issue a refund, depending on what is appropriate.

How to request help

Reply to your purchase receipt email or use the support contact shown on the receipt. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a delivery or billing problem, contact us first so we can resolve it. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the order being reported and future purchases being declined.
